Ricardo Fugaro During and after high school Rick worked at the A&P and attended Steelman's Business School in Camden. In 1966, he joined the U.S. Navy. First, he spent 16 months in Pearl Harbor, HI, and, then, 1 1/2 years in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1970 and went to work full time with A&P.

In 1974, Rick married Joan Read from Haddon Heights. By then he was working with the State of New Jersey, Motor Vehicle Inspection and Driver Testing, at the Deptford Inspection Station. He retired in 1997 after 25 years at the age of 52.

Rick and Joan on New Years Eve, 2008

Rick and Joan have had many great travels. Upon Rick's retirement, they purchased a motorhome and traveled full time for 3 years. They now enjoy stationary living in their permanent townhouse in Titusville, FL, but they spend time traveling among their timeshares.

In 2004, after after 30 years of marriage, Rick and Joan made a fabulous trip to Hawaii, where they stayed for 8 weeks and renewed their wedding vows with the same Priest that married them in NJ.

In 2007, Rick and Joan traveled to Aruba.

In 2009, Rick and Joan traveled to the Grand Cayman Islands.

As of June 30, 2009, Rick and Joan have two daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Ricky, what happened to all that red curly hair?

Dolores Damico Dee has lived in the Clearwater FL area since 1975. Here is a picture of Dee, taken in the mid-1990s, that Dee says only a Floridian can appreciate!

Dee sitting on a pile of SNOW, on Clearwater Beach,
on New Years Day, in a bikini, wearing a Santa hat, holding a snowball, listening to the NEW Bill Haley and the Comets, playing and dancing in the sand.

In 2007, Dee came north to Atlantic City for her 61st birthday, stayed at the Tropicana, and walked the boardwalk. She saw her brother Jack (of Triton wrestling fame) and his wife and Sandy Daube Foti. It was great. She misses So. Jersey.

Sandy Daube,
where are you?

In early March 2008, Dee attended a cancer benefit sponsored by Joey Dee from Joey Dee and the Starliters (remember the PEPPERMINT TWIST???). Joey Dee sponsors the benefit every year in memory of his wife, whom he lost to cancer.

In November 2008, Dee took a spin on a friend's Harley...

Staying young as best as we can!

In May 2009, Dee went to see Janice Ian in concert.

Dee and Janis Ian

Dee said that Janis Ian was great. She bought Ian's book of her autobiography and had her sign it.

Dee's daughter, Deserie Valloreo, is an herbalist. Here she explains How to Make Homemade Flea Spray for pets from eucalyptus, rosemary and citronella oils.
