Eileen Dollarton (Corsi) of Riverton, NJ, died on August 15, 2007, at the age of 61, from ovarian cancer. She formerly lived in Barrington, NJ. Eileen was a very kind, loving, and generous person to those around her.
In 1967, Eileen married Ralph Corsi from Camden, NJ. Thereafter, Ralph joined the army and became a helicopter pilot. He was stationed in many different cities all across the United States as well as in Germany. Eileen was very devoted to Ralph and traveled with him, but, despite all of the military relocation, she managed to maintain a career of her own. She served as a Human Resource Director for Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's, and John Wanamakers. Elieen also loved to travel, garden, and vacation in Sea Isle City.
Eileen and Ralph birthed three children: two wonderful sons, Christopher, who just recently graduated law school, and Adam Corsi, who resides in Atlanta with his family, and a daughter, Elizabeth Tulig, who birthed her first baby, Violet, in April 2009. Grandma Eileen, known more familially as "Coco," has three other grandchildren: Madeline Rose, Jackson, and Piper.
